VINELink Coverage in Lawrence County

The important Alabama limitation is VNS coverage. Alabama VNS states that it is only for offenders convicted in Alabama and sentenced to prison, meaning ADOC custody. It directs people with cases that have not gone to trial to contact the sheriff in the county where the crime occurred. The VNS source is especially important for Lawrence County because it limits the system to Alabama prison-sentenced offenders and points pretrial users back to the county sheriff.

Alabama VNS Limits Locally
